Featured bands and artists
in Music in Leicester
We have organised the way we feature bands and artists (acts) on this website.
Now we will place the name of the act in the web page address of the article,
for example:
http://www.musicinleicester.co.uk/midnight-wire/
is now the page address for the feature article on Leicester band Midnight Wire.
These are pages that might be updated with new material as it becomes available.
Existing feature articles of this kind were not necessarily written as featured act pages when they were first published.
This is a new system and a new style of page will now be introduced for articles that are designed to be features about a band or an artist.
Articles that are essentially gig reviews – where there is a headline band – will not be categorised as a featured band or act page.
Pages or posts that are categorised as being ‘features’ will be entered into the contents listing.

Use the drop down menu to select featured bands or featured artists.
