Some great bands were on offer on the Saturday and our coverage started with Bury Tomorrow<\/strong> who owned the Second Main Stage, plenty of singing along fans and a great following for this ever more popular band.<\/p>\n

The Fewer 333<\/strong> created a real atmosphere with their music getting an amazing response from the crowd.<\/p>\n

An incredible accomplishment for Parkway Drive<\/strong> to be nailing another outstanding performance at Download on the big stages nowadays, these guys have such a great following and it\u2019s well deserved.<\/p>\n

Plini<\/strong> gave us something awesome with their technical and impressive guitaring, you couldn\u2019t help but dig it and the crowd definitely showed that.<\/p>\n

Neck Deep<\/strong> put on a brilliant show, the whole perfermance was an act of great atmosphere and some proper badass music, great stuff.<\/p>\n

There was a great turnout for May Day Parade<\/strong> and the Avalance stage had an amazing feeling with these guys on it.<\/p>\n

At the Dogtooth Stage Thy Art is Murder<\/strong> had quite literally filled out the tent with their fans as it was actually impossible get inside! It was absolutely justified though as their brutal deadly music must be enjoyed by as mamy as possible! Maybe a bigger tent next year Download please?<\/p>\n

The time most of us were waiting for arrived as Guns \u2018n Roses<\/strong> took to the stage for a completely packed out crowd. Goosbumps were all over as they performed their classics and favourites, Slash getting to work slaying some riffs and Axel still on fine form with a 3 and half hour set that got better and better. Credit to the guys for putting on such an amazing show for us.<\/p>\n
