Tonight’s show was organised by The Dog & Gun<\/strong><\/a>, Enderby.<\/p>\n

Although the festival started at midday, we caught up with it later in the afternoon, Lydia Till reports…<\/p>\n

Local bands and artists turned up at the Dog and Gun Pub in Enderby today in aid of Leicester\u2019s own charity Loros. It is not the first time the pub has hosted a charity festival; this is the fifth year they held the event in hopes to raise money for the charity, as well as spotlight some local talent.<\/p>\n

Billy Razor<\/strong> took to the stage for his first time performing at the event. He managed to keep the crowd entertained with a mix of covers recognisable to the crowd \u2013 like the likes of The Clash<\/strong> \u2013 as well as his own music. He added his own touches to his acoustic punk sound, including the use of the harmonica. It seems after his performance today he has added fans to his small, but growing fanbase. <\/p>\n

He offered the audience a chance to purchase his album, \u2018Hearts and Renegades\u2019, with some profit going directly to the charity.<\/p>\n

Alternative rock band New Age Grace<\/strong> were next to perform. The band performed an acoustic set, differing to their usual rock-infused live sound. The stripped back versions of their songs let audiences focus on the lead singer\u2019s voice and also gave a more country-folk vibe to their material.<\/p>\n

New Age Grace<\/strong> also treated audience members to a few covers. They did not disappoint and kept members of the audience hyped ready for the final act.<\/p>\n

Leicester band The Fazed<\/strong> were the festival\u2019s headliners taking to the stage last. Big in the local music scene, fans were not disappointed with the bands set. <\/p>\n

The Fazed<\/strong> are next set to perform at the Firebug Bank Holiday All-Dayer on Sunday 26th August.<\/p>\n
