Six years after their last EP and three-year break, Bombay Bicycle Club<\/strong><\/a> (BBC) have finally announced their fifth album and intimate series of launch shows across the UK to claim back the title of the hippest indie rockers on the horizon. Everything Else Has Gone Wrong is out on January 17.<\/p>\n

Since their big band battle win and playing V Festival in 2016, Bombay Bicycle Club has stormed the international scene. In a long-distance musical marathon, from being a jangle indie teenage sensation with debut album I Had the Blues But I Shook Them Loose<\/em>, they found a way to voice their inner struggles in enthusiastic, electronic pop. \u2018This is an album for anyone who\u2019s ever turned to music in a time of crisis, whether personal or political\/Playing together again is such an unexpected surprise for the 4 of us and yet from the first moment we started rehearsing it felt as natural as if we\u2019d played a show the night before,\u2019 says their FB page.<\/p>\n

BBC will play an acoustic set on January 23 at De Montfort Hall with support from Big Moon and Liz Lawrence. Previous Mercury Music Prize nominee, a fresh alt-pop breeze, Big Moon, has just released a debut album, Walking Like We Do<\/em>, called by Pitchfork \u2018an inventive indie-pop that points to a bright future for the band.\u2019
\nHalf of an electric duo, Cash + David, Liz Lawrence, an established folk\/electro-pop songwriter icon, will give you chills with her goosebumps-causing vocals and heart-wrecking poetry.<\/p>\n
