Part of a brand-new live tour, the formally trained Chand Ali Khan Qawwal & Party will be making an appearance at Leicester\u2019s Y Theatre on the 29th of February for a night of traditional Urdu hymns and new variations on the classics.<\/p>\n

In an effort to bring qawwali back to the next generations and keep it alive, Chand Ali Khan Qawwal & Party take this opportunity to invite you to the electrifying tour. Expect to be taken on a musical journey through the hypnotic rhythm and entrancing vocals. Performed with the intention of bringing listeners to a state of religious ecstasy, Chand Ali Khan brings life to the centuries-old tradition of qawwali, through his mesmerising vocals and reinterpretation of classic Sufi texts.<\/p>\n
