We have organised the way we feature bands and artists (acts) on this website.<\/p>\n

Now we will place the name of the act in the web page address of the article,<\/p>\n

for example:<\/p>\n

http:\/\/www.musicinleicester.co.uk\/midnight-wire\/<\/p>\n

is now the page address for the feature article on Leicester band Midnight Wire.<\/p>\n

These are pages that might be updated with new material as it becomes available.<\/p>\n

Existing feature articles of this kind were not necessarily written as featured act pages when they were first published.<\/p>\n

This is a new system and a new style of page will now be introduced for articles that are<\/strong> designed to be features about a band or an artist.<\/p>\n

Articles that are essentially gig reviews<\/em>\u00a0– where there is a headline band – will not be categorised as a featured band or act page.<\/p>\n

Pages or posts that are categorised as being ‘features’ will be entered into the contents listing.<\/p>\n

To see all feature bands look for the word CATEGORIES on the right hand side of the page ><\/p>\n

Use the drop down menu to select featured bands or featured artists.<\/p>\n
