The Original Bands Showcase (OBS) 2015<\/h1>\n

Dates have been announced for the 2015 series of OBS gigs.<\/p>\n

Not to be confused with obsUnplugged<\/a> (for singers and acoustic artists.)<\/p>\n

The OBS is a showcase for bands. Founded in 2004, the OBS is now in its eleventh year.\u00a0 As it says on the OBS Facebook page:\u00a0 ‘celebrates a decade of fine showcasing of unsigned bands.\u00a0 The most credible event for unsigned bands in the midlands… The Original Bands Showcase is set up for unsigned Bands and Artists of all genres. This Independent Music Event that takes place annually in Leicester. The first OBS was back in 2004 Its main aim is to give a platform for local live bands and an opportunity to increase exposure and fan base under the umbrella of a series of organised well supported nights of live music It has now become an established credible event on the Live Music Calendar<\/span>.’<\/p>\n

\nSaturday 25th Semi-final 2<\/p>\n

MAY<\/strong>
\nSaturday 16th Grand Final<\/p>\n

All shows will take place at The Musician<\/a>.<\/p>\n
