Here is all the information on the Goodtime Recordings Presents event.
The night is being put on through the joint efforts of Magic Teapot and Goodtime Recordings at The Musician Pub on 14th June from 8 pm till 11 pm. There will be no advanced tickets available but entry can be bought for £3 on the door.
The event will showcase 5 acts from the Goodtime Recordings roster, as well as exhibitions from local artists and performances from The Demon Belles Burlesque society.
Goodtime Recordings is a local based collective of musicians, artists and filmmakers. We do not operate as a record label but as a way to promote local arts and music without entering the corporate sales world of the record industry. All our recordings and events are organised by our artists themselves for little or no profit.
PREACHER & THE BEAR – Super Blues. Heralded by one Mexican Blues radio station as ‘The next generation of Blues musicians’. Preacher & The Bear will be performing this year on the main stage of the Strawberry Fields Festival. https://www.facebook.com/preacherandthebear
THE PALE FACES – Psychedelic Garage Pop. Labelled as ‘ones to watch’ by many in the Leicester Music Scene, this band are about to release their second album ahead of the event. https://www.facebook.com/ThePaleFaces
SUBTITLES – Dirty Garage Punk rockers Subtitles are gaining strength with every show. Also set to release a second album in the next month.

WILD STRAWBERRIES – Experimental Noise Pop. A Kind of super group created from members of the collective, taking in influences from Dub, David Lynch and experimental electronics.
The night will be opened by The Bear and his House Rockers – Straight blues and boogie. Helium for deflated souls.
