A double whammy of female crafted alternative awesomeness, January sees The Cookie host former Bella Union artist Alessi’s Ark and long-time Leicester favourite Charlotte Carpenter. Expect an evening of finely written storytelling cleverly transposed into beautiful indie tunes, topped with superb vocals. Gigs like this don’t happen too often.
Alessi’s Ark & Charlotte Carpenter play Tuesday 29th January at The Cookie, High Street. Advance tickets are priced at £7.50 and are available from Gigantic.
